Ingredients
2 oz White Rum
1/2 oz Lime Juice
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Amaretto
1 oz Coconut Milk or Cream
Coconut Flakes (optional)
Pineapple Wedge
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker add your rum, amaretto, lime juice, pineapple juice and coconut milk
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake for at least 30 seconds
- Add all contents to your cocktail glass and top the rest off with ice
- Garnish with coconut flakes and a pineapple wedge
- Enjoy!
