Ingredients
6-8 Blackberries
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
Sparking Water
2 oz Empress Gin
Candy Halloween Eyeball for garnish
Directions
- In your glass add your blackberries and lemon juice
- Carefully muddle them together slightly. Just enough to get a little of the juice out
- Next add in your ice.
- Next add in your pineapple juice, then slowly add in your sparkling water until about 3/4 of the way to the top
- Now add in your gin
- Garnish with a candy eyeball
- Enjoy!
