


Ingredients
1 Stick Butter
1 Yellow Onion Diced
2 Cloves Garlic Chopped
1 Bag Sliced Carrots
2 Cups Broccoli Chopped
1/3 Cup Flour
4 Cups Chicken Broth
1 Pint Half & Half
1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
16 – 24 oz Mild Cheddar Cheese
Directions
- In your sauce pot, melt your stick of butter
- Add in your onion and saute until translucent
- Next add in your garlic and let that cook for about 1-2 minutes
- Ad in your carrots and cook those for about 2 minutes
- Next add your flour and cook that off stirring around for about 2 – 3 minutes
- Add in your chicken broth and bring to a boil
- Here you can add all your seasonings.
- Once broth is boiling add in your broccoli and let cook for about 4 -5 minutes
- Then add in your 2 creams and stir around.
- Once broccoli is fully cooked add in your cheese and stir for about 2 minutes
- Enjoy!
