
The recipe below is measured to almost fill this specific drink dispenser which is 1.8 Gallons/230 oz. – To ensure your cocktail tastes the way you like it, please slowly add these ingredients then do a taste test. Below are the recommendations to taste test.
Ingredients
45 oz of Coconut Rum. (I used Malibu, but you can use any white rum as well or even Vodka if you prefer)
67.5 oz of Pineapple Juice
67.5 oz of Orange Juice
7-10 oz of Blue Curacao (slowly add this until the mixture turns a light green)
Fresh Cranberries (about two cups)
White edible glitter and round ice cube tray (optional)
Directions
- In your drink dispenser, slowly add these ingredients. I suggest adding 9 oz of your rum, 13.5 oz of Pineapple Juice, 13.5 oz of Orange Juice and 1.5 oz of Blue Curacao. Do a taste test here. Adjust as needed keeping track of the oz you use for each ingredient. Then continue to follow these steps until you drink dispenser if filled almost to the top. Then add in your cranberries.
- For the ice cubes. Add a significant amount of white edible glitter to your ice cube tray. Fill with water and freeze for at least 4-5 hours.
- Refrigerate your punch until your guests have arrived.
- You can have Prosecco or Sparkling water on the side as an option for guests to top their cocktail off with that as well!
