What Juice To Use For A Grapefruit Spritz
I always recommend using freshly squeezed juice for any of your cocktails! I’d say you only need about 1/2 to 1 grapefruit to get enough juice to make one of these cocktails. It all depends on the size of the grapefruit. I also recommend double straining the juice, so you don’t get a ton of particles from the fruit in your drink!

Does It Matter What Kind Of Grapefruit I Use?
I particularly love the red grapefruits! I feel they have the most flavor and are the tastiest. However, any grapefruit you buy will absolutely do the trick here! No need to search for the best! Just make sure they are ripe enough as this will ensure you get enough fresh juice squeezed out of them!

Champagne Or Prosecco?
I like using Prosecco in my sprtizers. Prosecco is bright and fruity where Champagne is nutty and dry. Prosecco will bring out the flavors in your spritz way more than champagne will. I personally like champagne by itself, however, if you are more of a champagne lover then you do you! You are the one drinking the drink, so do what will be best for you!
What Kind Of Elderflower Liqueur To Use?
My go-to Elderflower Liqueur will always be St. Germaine. I personally think this is the best one on the market and it’s not too expensive either! With all of my power in me lol I recommend using this brand!
