
Pink Easter Strawberry Sangria (Serves 20)
This Pink Easter Strawberry Sangria is the perfect festive cocktail for spring gatherings. Made with white wine, fresh strawberry puree, pineapple juice, orange juice, and topped with sparkling Prosecco or sparkling water, this drink is light, fruity, and incredibly refreshing.

Ingredients (Serves 20)
Sangria Base
- 4 bottles Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc (750 ml each)
- 3 cups fresh strawberry puree (about 3 cups strawberries blended)
- 3 cups pineapple juice
- 3 cups orange juice
Fresh Fruit
- 3 cups sliced strawberries
- 2 lemons, thinly sliced
- 2 oranges, thinly sliced
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
For the Bubbles (Add Before Serving)
- 1 bottle Prosecco
OR - 3–4 cups sparkling water
Optional Garnish (Highly Recommended)
- Fresh mint leaves
- Extra strawberry slices
- Lemon wheels
Instructions
1. Make the Strawberry Puree
Add fresh strawberries to a blender and blend until smooth. This creates the beautiful pink color and intense strawberry flavor.
2. Mix the Sangria Base
In a large drink dispenser or punch bowl, combine:
- White wine
- Strawberry puree
- Pineapple juice
- Orange juice
Stir well until fully combined.
3. Add the Fresh Fruit
Add:
- Strawberry slices
- Lemon slices
- Orange slices
- Pineapple chunks
This fruit infuses the sangria with fresh spring flavors and creates a gorgeous presentation.
4. Chill the Sangria
Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours, or overnight for the best flavor.
5. Add the Sparkling Finish
Right before serving, stir in:
- 1 bottle Prosecco for a festive bubbly cocktail
OR - 3–4 cups sparkling water for a lighter sangria
6. Serve
Pour into glasses over ice and garnish with:
- Strawberry slices
- Lemon wedges
- Mint leaves
