
Ingredients
2 oz Rum
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Cream Of Coconut
8-10 Raspberries
4-5 Mint Leaves
1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
Coconut Flakes
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker add about 5-7 raspberries, your mint leaves and lime juice.
- Muddle the mint leaves and raspberries until they are fully mushed
- Add in your rum, simple syrup and cream of coconut.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake for at least 15 seconds.
- Here you can add all contents to a cocktail glass OR you can strain all contents into your cocktail glass.
- Next fill your cocktail glass with ice to the top.
- Garnish with with your coconut flakes, fresh raspberries and a mint sprig.
- Enjoy!
