Ingredients
2-3 cut up fresh strawberries
1/2 oz Strawberry Syrup
1 – 2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
3 – 4 mint leaves
3 oz Prosecco
2 oz Sparkling Water
Directions
- In your wine glass add your fresh strawberries, strawberry syrup, elderflower liqueur and mint leaves.
- Fill your glass to the top with ice and add in your Prosecco
- Top off with your sparkling water.
- Mix around thoroughly and enjoy!
