Ingredients
2 oz Gin
1 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Blue Curacao
1 Egg White or 1.5 oz Egg White Alternative
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients above.
- Put the cover on the shaker and shake the ingredients vigorously without any ice.
- Remove the cover and add in two large ice cubes and shake again.
- Strain your contents into a chilled martini glass. Enjoy!
