The measurements below are just for one serving. Continue to double each measurement to fill the drink dispenser. After the first round of measurements taste test, then adjust as needed.
Ingredients
Stoli Vanilla Vodka – or any vanilla vodka
Kahlua
Baileys
Chocolate Liqueur – I like using Liquor 43 or Mozart
Chocolate Syrup
Graham Crackers
Directions
- In your drink dispenser (or you can do this in a large pitcher first), add 12 oz of the vanilla vodka, 8 oz Baileys, 8 oz Chocolate Liqueur and 6 oz Kahlua. Here taste test and adjust as needed.
- Continue to repeat these steps to fill the pitcher.
- Once the pitcher is flowing, it is recommended to use a spoon or spatula to swirl around the liquid in the bottom here and there so the chocolate liqueur and the baileys don’t separate too much.
- To serve, add a bowl with chocolate syrup and a bowl with crushed graham crackers.
- Your guests can dip their glasses in the chocolate then the graham crackers. OR you can add ice here and there to your drink fountain and just serve up in a martini glass!
