
Ingredients
2 cups of good quality Vodka ( I like Titos, Grey Goose, Kettle 1 and Chopin)
1 Large (48 oz) bottle of Pomegranate Juice (I only ever use PomWonderful)
3-4 oz Aperol
Prosecco or Sparkling Water
2 Large Oranges
1 Large carton of blackberreis
1 cup cranberries
3 Rosemary Figs
Directions
- Slice up your oranges with a mandoline slicer.
- Add all ingredients, including the fruit but – (minus the prosecco/sparkling water) to a pitcher or punch bowl.
- Always taste test and adjust accordingly. You can continue to double the recipe depending on the crown you are having.
- Cover your punch and let sit overnight in the refrigerator. If you are making this in a pinch then try and make at least 2-3 hours before and let it sit in the fridge!
- When serving, add ice to your cocktail glass and fill with the punch 3/4 of the way.
- Top off with prosecco or sparkling water. Your choice!
- Garnish with fresh fruit and a rosemary sprig
- Enjoy!
