
Frozen Flamingo Cocktail

1/2 cup Fresh or Frozen Raspberries
2 – 2.5 oz Rumchata Pineapple Cream
1 oz White Rum
5-7 larger ice cubes – if you used frozen raspberries skip this step
Coconut Flakes for garnish
Directions
- In a blender add your raspberries, rumchata and white rum.
- Blend together
- Once blended add ice cubes or little bits of water until at desired consistency.
- Pour into your Flamingo glass.
- Garnish with more raspberries and coconut flakes
- Enjoy!
