
Ingredients
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 1/2 oz Cream of Coconut – Real Infused Exotics
1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
2 oz White Rum
Coconut Flakes
Pineapple Wedge for garnishing
Extra ice if needed
Directions
- In a blender add your pineapple, coconut cream, lime juice, simple syrup and rum
- Blend together. Add ice or bits of water as needed to reach desired consistency
- Pour blended mixture into your cocktail glass and garnish with coconut flakes and a pineapple wedge.
- Enjoy!
