Frozen Tropical Daiquiri Recipe

Directions

• In a blender add 1/2 cup frozen dragonfruit chunks.
• Add 1/4 cup water and blend together. **add more water if needed to create a watery consistency
• Double strain your dragonfruit puree into a glass and set aside
• In a clean blender, blend your pineapple, lime juice and rum together. **add ice or water to get your perfect consistency for your cocktail
• Pour your mixture into your cocktail glass.
• Add 1.5 oz of your dragonfruit puree on top of your frozen cocktail mixture
• Garnish with some coconut flakes, lime slice and your mint leaf.
• Enjoy!
