

Ingredients
1 cup fresh cranberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
A large handful of mint leaves
2 – 3 cups of Orange Juice
3/4 cup Water
Directions
- In a bundt cake mold, add in your cranberries, mint leaves and raspberries
- Add in your orange juice and then top off with your water.
- Freeze for at leas 24 hours
- When removing from the mold, let it sit on the counter for about 3-5 minutes. You can also run some warm water around the edges to loosen the mold.
- I like to put down a towel or paper towel on the counter then tip the mold over and let it slide out.
- Add it to your punch bowl and enjoy!
