Ingredients
2 oz Vodka
1 oz Limoncello
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Orange Liqueur
1 Egg White or Egg White Alternative
Lemon Peel
Thyme Sprig
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker add your vodka, limoncello, pineapple juice, orange liqueur and egg white.
- Shake dry without ice.
- Now, add ice at least 3/4 of the way into the shaker and shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds. (It’s best to use a stainless steel cocktail shaker for this kind of drink)
- Strain all contents into a chilled martini glass
- Garnish with your lemon peel and thyme sprig
- Enjoy!
