
Ingredients
7-10 Raspberries
4-5 Mint Leaves
1 Mint Leaf Sprig
2 oz White Rum
1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Pineapple Juice
Ice
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, add 5-7 raspberries, your lime juice and your simple syrup.
- Muddle all the raspberries together.
- Next add your pineapple juice, mint leaves and rum with ice.
- Shake for at least 15 seconds.
- Fill your cocktail glass to the top with ice.
- Strain your mixture over the ice into your cocktail glass.
- Garnish with the remaining raspberries and the mint leaf sprig.
- Enjoy!
