
Ingredients
2 oz Empress Gin
10-12 Fresh Raspberries
Sparkling Water or Tonic Water
Ice
Directions
- In a cocktail glass add your raspberries and muddle until fully mushed
- Add ice into the glass until completely filled
- Pour in your sparkling water or tonic water until it is about 3/4 of the way up the glass
- Slowly drizzle the 2 oz of gin over the top
- The layering is for decoration. When ready to drink I advise you mix around your ingredients to get the full taste of everything and not just sipping the gin!
