
Ingredients
3 cups Cranberry Juice
3 cups Orange Juice
4 – 6 large scoops of Raspberry Sherbet
1 750 ml of Prosecco
Vanilla Frosting (for rim of glass)
Coconut Flakes (for rim of glass)
Pomegranate Seeds & Rosemary (for garnish)
Extra sherbet for glass
Directions
- In your drink dispenser or punch bowl, add your cranberry juice, orange juice and prosecco. Here you will want to continue to double the recipe until your punch bowl is almost full. **you can always just keep your mixture to two full bottles of prosecco and continue to double the cranberry and orange juice to fill the bowl or dispenser.
- Once you have it almost full, leave enough room for your sherbet. Here you will want to add about 6 scoops of sherbet but feel free to add as much as you’d like!
- OPTIONAL: dip the rim of your cocktail glass into vanilla frosting and then into coconut flakes to give it that christmas feel.
- Then if you’d like add another scoop of raspberry sherbet and fill your glass with your spritz mixture. Then garnish with pomegranate seeds and rosemary.
