
Ingredients
Fresh Mozzarella – any kind (small little bites or a large ball is fine)
Cherry Tomatoes
Basil Leaves
Balsamic Glaze
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Take your mozzarella and break off pieces to stuff into the skeleton molds one by one
- Once all the molds are stuffed bake in the oven at 250 for about 4 minutes
- Just enough time for them to melt into the molds.
- Remove the molds from the oven and let them cool
- Once cooled, remove them from the molds and place them in a bowl with your cherry tomatoes and basil leaves
- Top off with olive oil, balsamic glaze and salt and pepper
- Enjoy!
