4 – 5 strawberries cut up
4 – 5 mint leaves
2 oz White Rum
1 oz Lime Juice
1 – 1.5 oz Coconut Water
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
Sparkling Water
Extra Mint leaves, strawberries and a lime wheel for garnish
Directions
- In your cocktail shaker add your strawberries and simple syrup.
- Muddle together until strawberries are fully mushed.
- Next add in your rum, lime juice, mint leaves and coconut water.
- Fill your shaker to the top with ice and shake for at least 10 seconds.
- Pour all contents from your shaker into your cocktail glass, including your ice.
- Add a little more ice to your glass and top off with sparkling water
