Pumpkin Hazelnut Cheesecake Martini

If there is one type of cocktail I can never resist in the fall, it’s a creamy dessert martini. And this Pumpkin Hazelnut Cheesecake Martini might be one of my favorites yet. It’s rich, creamy, slightly nutty, and filled with that cozy pumpkin flavor we all want this time of year.

If you love dessert-inspired fall cocktails, you’ll also want to try my Pumpkin Tiramisu Cocktail, Brown Sugar Cinnamon Espresso Martini, and Pumpkin Spice Mudslide Punch. They’re all perfect for fall entertaining, Thanksgiving, or those cozy nights when you want something a little sweeter.

The Ultimate Fall Dessert Martini

This cocktail tastes like pumpkin cheesecake with a little hazelnut twist, which is exactly why I love it so much.

Vanilla vodka gives the drink a smooth, sweet base, while Frangelico adds that delicious hazelnut flavor. RumChata makes everything creamy with just a hint of cinnamon, and pumpkin spice syrup brings in all of those warm fall flavors.

Add the graham cracker rim and a little whipped cream on top and it really does taste like cheesecake in cocktail form.

And despite how fancy it looks, it only takes a few minutes to make.

Why You’ll Love This Pumpkin Hazelnut Martini

One of my favorite things about this drink is that it’s different from your typical pumpkin cocktail.

The hazelnut adds a warm, toasted flavor that pairs so well with pumpkin, vanilla, and cinnamon. It keeps the drink from tasting like just another pumpkin spice martini.

The graham cracker rim is also such a simple little addition, but it gives you that cheesecake flavor with every sip.

This is definitely one of those cocktails I would serve when friends come over because it looks beautiful without requiring a lot of work.

Perfect for Thanksgiving and Fall Entertaining

If you’re looking for a Thanksgiving cocktail, this one would be so good served after dinner.

Instead of making a separate dessert cocktail and dessert, you can almost consider this both!

I love the idea of serving these alongside pumpkin pie, cheesecake, chocolate desserts, or even a fall dessert board. You could also make them for Friendsgiving, a fall girls’ night, date night, Halloween, or a cozy dinner party.

And if you’re putting together a full fall cocktail menu, pair it with something coffee-forward like my Brown Sugar Cinnamon Espresso Martini or another creamy pumpkin drink like my Pumpkin Tiramisu Cocktail.

What Does Frangelico Taste Like?

Frangelico is what really makes this cocktail stand out.

It has a sweet, toasted hazelnut flavor with hints of vanilla and chocolate, which works perfectly with pumpkin spice.

You don’t need a lot of it, either. Just ¾ ounce gives this martini enough hazelnut flavor without overpowering everything else.

If you love chocolate-hazelnut desserts or hazelnut coffee drinks, you’re going to love what it does in this cocktail.

Don’t Skip the Graham Cracker Rim

The graham cracker rim is what really gives this drink that pumpkin cheesecake feel.

Just lightly coat the edge of your martini glass with a little pumpkin spice syrup and dip it into finely crushed graham crackers.

I like keeping the rim fairly thin so it looks pretty and you still get just enough graham cracker with each sip.

How to Serve It

Serve your Pumpkin Hazelnut Cheesecake Martini in a chilled martini or coupe glass.

After straining in the cocktail, add a small swirl of whipped cream. You can finish it with a tiny sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, crushed graham crackers, or even finely chopped hazelnuts.

I wouldn’t go overboard with the garnish because the drink is already rich. A simple topping makes it look beautiful without making it too heavy.

A Cozy Cocktail You’ll Make All Season

Creamy, nutty, pumpkin-spiced and just sweet enough, this Pumpkin Hazelnut Cheesecake Martini is basically fall dessert in a glass.

It feels special enough for Thanksgiving or a fall party but is easy enough to shake up at home whenever you’re craving something cozy.

If you love pumpkin cocktails, RumChata drinks, Frangelico cocktails, or creamy dessert martinis, save this one because you’re definitely going to want to make it again.
