This twist on the classic gin rickey recipe will make you and your guests be coming back for more and more!
What Is In A Strawberry Gin Rickey?
GIN – This is obviously the key ingredient here, so make sure to always go with a high quality gin. You don’t have to break the bank to find yourself a good tasting and good quality brand when making this Gin Rickey.
RASPBERRIES – Grab yourself some fresh raspberries. The riper the raspberry, the better the taste! Nothing beats a great Raspberry Lime cocktail!
LIMES – Never ever use store bought lime juice. It just doesn’t taste the same! Grab yourself some super green limes and call it a day!
SIMPLE SYRUP – Simple syrup is a sweetener used in many mocktails, cocktails and even sometimes desserts! It is super easy to make right from home and only requires 2 ingredients! You can check out our Blackberry Simple Syrup recipe as on that page it will also give you instructions to make a regular simple syrup!

When making any drink, it’s very important to always use Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice. I can’t say it enough! The store bought Lime Juice just doesn’t taste the same!
