

Ingredients
3 – 4 Medium Sized Mozzarella Balls
4 – 5 Medium Sized Tomatoes
Basil Leaves
Salt
Directions
- In your Christmas Tree Charcuterie Board add your slices of tomato, mozzarella and basil. Layering them as you’d like and as looks fit. I had to cut some in half in order for them to fit in the corners perfectly. I also like to slice them as thin as possible!
- Once you have layered all your items and filled the board, sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper over the entire board.
- Next, lightly drizzle your balsamic glaze. I recommend not doing this until ready to serve. If you drizzle too early, the glaze starts to form more into a liquid and will consume and saturate the entire plate also making the mozzarella a bit soggy.
- Serve with toothpicks or a fork for picking and enjoy!
