Talk about a delicious twist on a classic cocktail! This Cinnamon Vanilla White Russian Cocktail is one of a kind to say the least! The combination of vanilla vodka, coffee liqueur, rumchata, cream and cinnamon makes this drink super divine and beyond delicious! This screams Fall, but can also be enjoyed any time of the year!
What Is Rumchata?
Dive into the heart of using Rumchata Liqueur to make this cinnamon vanilla drink even easier than ever! Rumchata is a blend of Caribbean Rum, Mexican Spice and Wisconsin Dairy Cream. It has delicious hints of vanilla, cinnamon and dark rum notes. Some may compare this to Baileys Irish Cream, which it is very similar. Yet with Rumchata you will taste that extra small hint of cinnamon. Many love to use this liqueur in drinks around the Holiday Season and Christmas time, as it has that warm cozy feeling when drunk in any cocktail.
What Is In A Cinnamon Vanilla White Russian Cocktail?
VANILLA VODKA
You can use any kind of vanilla flavored vodka you’d like! However, I have always stuck to Stoli Vanilla. It’s a decent quality vodka and I find their flavors to be the closest to what you’d expect them to taste like!
COFFEE LIQUEUR
There are a few different coffee flavored liqueur’s on the market, but I tend to always steer towards Kahlua. It is known for its great quality and great taste! Tia Mari is also another great recommondation I share for a coffee liqueur.
RUMCHATA
Rumchata is a delcious cinnamon vanilla creamy liqueur. It tastes amazing on it’s own, but is used in many cocktails to bring out the flavors you are looking for!
CREAM
When a cocktail calls for just regular cream I always stick to half and half!
CINNAMON
In this particular cocktail I use fresh cinnamon as a garnish! This will mix in well with the drink and give it that final flavor it needs!
