What You Need To Make This Summer Cocktail
- Cocktail Shaker
- Wine Glass
- Muddler
- Frozen Dragonfruit Chunks
- Lemon Juice
- Simple Syrup
- Citron Vodka
- Lemonade
You can always make this drink frozen or over ice! It all will depend on your preference! Tons of lemonade drinks are made frozen for the Summer! I prefer it to be over ice, however I have tried it frozen and it is very delicious as well! If you’d like to do it frozen, there is not much to it! Grab a bag of frozen dragonfruit chunks and add all the ingredients to a blender and blend up! It’s as simple as that!!

Ingredients
4-5 frozen dragonfruit chunks (slightly defrosted)
3/4 oz freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup (optional)
2 oz Citron Vodka
Lemonade
Ice
Directions
- Let your dragonfruit chunks defrost for about 5 minutes. (you can get these usually in the frozen food section at any local grocery store
- Add your dragonfruit chunks to a cocktail shaker
- Add in your lemon juice and simple syrup. (Simple syrup is optional here depending on how sweet you want the drink. You can always add it at the end if you’d like)
- Muddle all contents together.
- Add your vodka with ice and shake for 15 seconds
- Add ice to your wine glass and pour contents from cocktail shaker into your glass
- Top off the rest of the glass with Lemonade
- Enjoy!
