10 Easy Fall Batch Cocktails to Make This Thanksgiving Season

There’s something about fall entertaining that makes me want to put out a big drink dispenser, light a few candles, make way too much food, and have everyone help themselves. And when I’m hosting Thanksgiving, Friendsgiving, or even just a casual fall get-together, the last thing I want to do is stand behind the counter making individual cocktails all night.
That’s exactly why I love a good fall batch cocktail.
These drinks can be made ahead of time, chilled until your guests arrive, and poured straight from a pitcher or drink dispenser. From creamy RumChata punches to apple cider cocktails and cranberry favorites, these are ten of my favorite drinks to make throughout the fall and Thanksgiving season.
1. Caramel Pumpkin RumChata Punch

If you want a creamy fall cocktail that basically tastes like dessert in a glass, this is the one.
My Caramel Pumpkin RumChata Punch combines RumChata, vanilla vodka, pumpkin spice creamer, caramel vodka, pumpkin puree, and caramel for a sweet and creamy cocktail that feels made for Thanksgiving.
I love serving this one in a glass pumpkin drink dispenser with glasses of ice nearby. You can even add whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel, and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice to each glass.
This is especially good for a Thanksgiving dessert table when you want something a little more fun than another traditional pie.
2. Easy Fall Apple Cider Punch

You really can’t have a list of fall cocktails without apple cider.
My Easy Fall Apple Cider Punch is one of those recipes that works for practically every fall occasion. It’s great for football Sundays, Friendsgiving, Thanksgiving dinner, Halloween parties, or even an afternoon fall get-together.
Apple cider gives the punch that classic fall flavor, and serving it with fresh apple slices, orange slices, and cinnamon sticks makes it look just as good as it tastes.
I especially love this one because it can easily be mixed before guests arrive and kept chilled until you’re ready to serve it.
3. Brown Sugar RumChata Espresso Punch

Coffee cocktails always seem to disappear quickly at parties, and this Brown Sugar RumChata Espresso Punch is one of my favorites.
It has those warm brown sugar and cinnamon flavors that work so well with creamy RumChata and espresso. It’s rich without feeling too heavy and makes such a good after-dinner Thanksgiving cocktail.
If your guests love espresso martinis but you don’t want to shake one cocktail after another, making a big batch is so much easier.
Serve it over ice and add a little cinnamon on top for an easy finishing touch.
4. Cranberry Vanilla Fall Sangria

For something lighter and a little more refreshing, make my Cranberry Vanilla Fall Sangria.
This one combines Pinot Grigio, cranberry juice, orange liqueur, maple syrup, vanilla, and ginger ale with plenty of fresh cranberries, apples, and oranges.
The cranberry and citrus flavors make it especially pretty for Thanksgiving, while the touch of maple and vanilla keeps it feeling warm and seasonal.
Another reason I love sangria for entertaining is that you can prepare most of it ahead of time. Just add the ginger ale closer to serving so it stays nice and bubbly.
5. Maple Cinnamon RumChata Punch

This Maple Cinnamon RumChata Punch is another creamy cocktail that is perfect for colder fall nights.
Maple and cinnamon give it that cozy Thanksgiving flavor without making it overly complicated. It’s one of those drinks that looks beautiful in a glass dispenser but takes very little effort to put together.
Serve it over ice and top individual glasses with whipped cream and cinnamon if you want to make it feel more like a dessert cocktail.
This would be so good alongside brown butter chocolate chip banana bread or another simple fall dessert.
6. Salted Caramel Apple Martini Batch

A caramel apple cocktail is always a good idea during fall.
Instead of making individual martinis all night, my Salted Caramel Apple Martini Batch lets you prepare enough for everyone ahead of time.
The combination of crisp apple and sweet salted caramel makes this one especially fun for fall parties and Thanksgiving gatherings.
You can rim the glasses with caramel and cinnamon sugar or simply serve the cocktail chilled with thin apple slices.
And if you love caramel apple flavors, you’ll also want to try my Caramel Apple Cider Martini when you only need a single cocktail.
7. Pumpkin Spice White Russian Punch

A classic White Russian gets a fall makeover with this Pumpkin Spice White Russian Punch.
It’s creamy, cozy, and perfect for anyone who loves pumpkin spice and coffee cocktails. I especially like serving this one later in the evening when dessert comes out.
Instead of mixing individual White Russians, everything can be prepared in one batch so guests can simply pour a glass whenever they want one.
Add whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice to individual glasses for an easy but really pretty presentation.
8. Spiced Pear and Cranberry Vodka Punch

Pear doesn’t get nearly enough attention during fall, especially when it’s paired with cranberry.
My Spiced Pear and Cranberry Vodka Punch is a great option when you want something festive that isn’t creamy or overly sweet.
The pear gives it a softer fall flavor while cranberry adds a little tartness and beautiful color. Cinnamon sticks and sliced fruit make it look perfect sitting out on a Thanksgiving drink table.
It’s an especially good choice if you’re serving several heavier appetizers or dishes because the drink itself feels a little lighter and refreshing.
9. Sparkling Pumpkin Apple Punch

Pumpkin and apple together might be one of my favorite combinations for Thanksgiving.
My Sparkling Pumpkin Apple Punch uses pumpkin spice syrup to bring in that pumpkin flavor while still keeping the drink easy to sip.
The sparkling finish makes it feel festive enough for Thanksgiving dinner but it’s simple enough to make for any fall gathering.
Serve it with apple slices and cinnamon sticks in a large pitcher or drink dispenser. Just wait to add anything sparkling until shortly before serving so you don’t lose the bubbles.
10. Pumpkin Spiced RumChata Punch

And finally, if you have espresso martini lovers coming over, make a Pumpkin Spiced Rumchata Punch.
This is one of my favorite ways to bring pumpkin martinis into fall entertaining. You still get that creamy flavor everyone loves, but pumpkin gives it a seasonal twist.
The best part is that you can prepare a large portion of the recipe before your guests arrive instead of measuring out every single martini throughout the night.
Serve it in chilled martini glasses with a sprinkle of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice on top.
