Easy Pumpkin Spice RumChata Punch Recipe

Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon RumChata Punch for a Crowd
If there’s one thing I love about fall, it’s having an excuse to make all the cozy, creamy cocktails. I’ve been making so many lately, from my Pumpkin Spice White Russian Punch to my Brown Sugar RumChata Espresso Punch and Creamy Pumpkin Chai Latte Punch, but this Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon RumChata Punch might be one of the easiest drinks to serve when I’m having people over.
It has everything I want in a fall cocktail — creamy RumChata, warm cinnamon, pumpkin spice flavor, and just enough sweetness to make it taste like fall in a glass. And because it’s made as a big batch, I can mix everything ahead of time, put it in a pretty drink dispenser, and actually enjoy myself instead of making individual cocktails all night.
The Perfect RumChata Punch for Fall
RumChata is one of my favorite things to use once the weather starts cooling down. It already has that creamy cinnamon flavor, so it works so well with pumpkin spice.
I especially love this punch for a fall girls’ night, Halloween party, Thanksgiving, or even just a cozy weekend get-together. It looks so pretty served in a glass dispenser surrounded by a few pumpkins and candles, but it really doesn’t take much effort to put together.
And those are always my favorite kinds of recipes — the ones that look like you did a lot more work than you actually did!
Make It Ahead for a Party
Another reason I love making a Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon RumChata Punch for a crowd is that most of the prep can be done before everyone arrives.
I usually like to get my batched cocktails mixed and chilled ahead of time, then give everything a good stir before serving. That way the drink is nice and cold and I’m not scrambling around the kitchen once everyone gets there.
For creamy punches like this one, I also prefer serving the punch over ice in individual glasses instead of filling the entire dispenser with ice. It keeps the drink cold without watering down the whole batch.
How I Like to Serve It
This is definitely one of those cocktails where the presentation can be as simple or as festive as you want. For fall, I love putting out a few cinnamon sticks, a little pumpkin pie spice, and some cute glasses next to the dispenser so everyone can pour their own.
You can make it feel a little more dessert-like with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon on each individual glass, or keep it simple and serve it exactly as it is.
If you love creamy fall drinks, you should also try my Caramel Pumpkin RumChata Punch. And when I’m in the mood for something that isn’t creamy, my Fall Apple Cider Punch is another one I love making for a crowd.
A Cozy Fall Cocktail for a Crowd
This Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon RumChata Punch is exactly the kind of recipe I want to have around from September through Thanksgiving. It’s creamy, full of pumpkin and cinnamon flavor, easy to make ahead, and perfect when you need a fall cocktail that serves more than just one or two people.
I love putting a big batch in a drink dispenser, setting out the glasses and garnishes, and letting everyone help themselves. It makes entertaining so much easier — and gives me more time to actually sit down and enjoy a cocktail too!
Ingredients
3 cups RumChata
2 cups vanilla vodka
2 cups pumpkin spice creamer
1 cup half and half
1/2 cup pumpkin spice syrup
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Whipped cream for serving
Cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice for garnish
cinnamon sticks, optional
ice
Directions
- n a large pitcher or drink dispenser, combine the RumChata, vanilla vodka, pumpkin spice creamer, half-and-half, pumpkin spice syrup, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir or whisk everything really well until completely combined.
- Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours so the punch gets nice and cold. Give it another good stir right before serving, since some of the spices may settle.
- Pour the punch into individual glasses over ice. Top each glass with a little whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice, and a cinnamon stick if you’d like.
- Tip: I would keep the ice and whipped cream out of the drink dispenser and add them only to the individual glasses. That keeps the punch creamy and prevents the whole batch from getting watered down.
