Cinnamon Toast RumChata Fall Punch – Easy Creamy Fall Cocktail for a Crowd

If you love creamy fall cocktails, this Cinnamon Toast RumChata Fall Punch might just become your new favorite recipe of the season. It’s creamy, cinnamon-y, a little chocolatey, and tastes almost like a boozy cinnamon roll or cinnamon toast dessert in a glass.
And the best part? It’s made for a crowd.
This is exactly the kind of cocktail I love making for fall get-togethers because you can mix everything together ahead of time, pour it into a pretty pitcher or drink dispenser, and let everyone help themselves.
If you’ve loved some of my other cozy fall drinks like my Pumpkin Spice White Russian Punch, Brown Sugar RumChata Espresso Punch, or Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon RumChata Punch, you definitely need to add this one to your list.
The Ultimate Creamy Fall Party Punch
There is something about RumChata that just feels perfect once fall arrives. That creamy cinnamon flavor works so well with vanilla, coffee, caramel, chocolate and pumpkin flavors.
For this punch, I paired RumChata with vanilla vodka, Baileys Irish Cream and just a touch of chocolate liqueur. Then I added half-and-half, vanilla and cinnamon to turn everything into one ridiculously delicious fall cocktail.
The chocolate liqueur is intentionally kept pretty light. I wanted it to add just a little dessert-like richness without turning this into a full chocolate cocktail.
The result is creamy, smooth and dangerously easy to drink.
Why You’ll Love This RumChata Fall Punch
Besides the fact that it tastes like fall dessert in cocktail form, this recipe is incredibly easy to make.
There is no cocktail shaker and no need to make every guest an individual drink. Everything gets poured together, stirred and chilled.
That makes it perfect for Thanksgiving, Halloween parties, Friendsgiving, football Sundays, fall girls’ nights or even just a cozy weekend get-together.
I especially love serving batched cocktails like this when I’m entertaining because I’m not stuck behind the kitchen counter making drinks all night.
Pour it over ice, sprinkle a tiny bit of cinnamon over the top and you’re done.
What Does Cinnamon Toast RumChata Punch Taste Like?
Think creamy cinnamon vanilla with hints of Irish cream and chocolate.
The RumChata gives you that signature cinnamon-and-cream flavor, while vanilla vodka adds warmth and a little sweetness. Baileys makes everything extra smooth and the chocolate liqueur adds just enough richness to make it taste like a decadent fall dessert.
A small amount of cinnamon and vanilla pulls everything together.
It almost reminds me of cinnamon toast, a cinnamon roll and a creamy cocktail all rolled into one.
Make It for Your Fall Gatherings
This is definitely one of those recipes I would bring out when you want something a little different from apple cider or pumpkin cocktails.
Don’t get me wrong — I love my apple and pumpkin drinks all fall long — but sometimes you want something creamy, cozy and indulgent.
This would be so good served alongside a dessert table at Thanksgiving or Friendsgiving. You could also make it for a Halloween party and give it a spooky name for the night.
And if you’re planning a whole fall cocktail menu, pair it with my Caramel Apple Cider Sangria, Pumpkin Tiramisu Cocktail, or Salted Pumpkin Mocha Espresso Punch so guests have a few completely different drinks to choose from.
How to Serve It
I like this punch served really cold over ice.
You can make the punch a few hours ahead of your party and keep it refrigerated until you’re ready to serve it. Give it a good stir before pouring because creamy ingredients can settle a little while they sit.
For the prettiest presentation, serve it in rocks glasses with ice and garnish with a cinnamon stick or a very light sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
You could even rim the glasses with cinnamon sugar if you’re making this for a special occasion.
Just don’t go crazy with the cinnamon. A little goes a long way.
A Cozy RumChata Cocktail for a Crowd
If you’re looking for an easy fall batch cocktail that feels a little decadent without requiring a ton of ingredients or prep, save this one.
The combination of RumChata, vanilla vodka, Baileys and chocolate liqueur is so good, and that hint of cinnamon makes it feel made for chilly fall nights.
This is absolutely one of those cocktails where everyone is going to ask, “Wait, what is in this?”
And those are always my favorite recipes.
Cinnamon Toast RumChata Fall Punch – Easy Creamy Fall Cocktail for a Crowd
10-12
servingsIngredients
2 cups RumChata
1 1/2 cups vanilla vodka
1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
1/2 cup chocolate liqueur
2 cups half and half
1 cup whole milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
Ice
Cinnamon sticks, for garnish
Optional: cinnamon sugar for the glass rims
Optional addition: Add 1/3 to 1/2 cup caramel sauce if you want it sweeter and more dessert-like. I actually think the punch is better without too much caramel because the RumChata and Baileys are already sweet.
Directions
- Add the liquor. Pour the RumChata, vanilla vodka, Baileys and chocolate liqueur into a large pitcher or drink dispenser.
- Add the creamy ingredients. Pour in the half-and-half and whole milk.
- Add the flavoring. Stir in the vanilla extract, ground cinnamon and a small pinch of sea salt.
Stir well. Mix everything together until completely combined. - Chill. Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours before serving.
- Serve over ice. Fill glasses with ice and pour the chilled RumChata punch over the top.
- Garnish. Add a cinnamon stick and, if you’d like, a very light sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Important: I would not add ice directly to the dispenser, because it will melt and water down the creamy punch. Keep the batch chilled and add ice individually to each glass instead.
