
This delicious Frozen Raspberry Colada is the perfect concoction on a hot Summer day! Whip this frozen drink up in just seconds and enjoy to the fullest! The different flavors of fresh raspberry, pineapple, coconut and rum truly makes this a delightful and refreshing drink! You will not only wish you were on vacation, but you will FEEL as if you are sitting on a beautiful beach sipping on your first cocktail of the day!
What Is In A Frozen Raspberry Colada?
WHITE RUM – I love a good rum drink, however, you must make sure you have a great quality rum! There are many on the market and you don’t have to break the bank with them. Bacardi has always been a favorite of mine!
PINEAPPLE – In this specific recipe, I’m using Real Infused Exotics Pineapple Puree Syrup, but feel free to also use any kind of fresh pineapple or pineapple juice!
CREAM OF COCONUT – You can use any canned cream of coconut or even coconut milk if you’d like! For this recipe I used Real Infused Exotics Real Gourmet Cream Of Coconut
FROZEN RASPBERRIES – If you don’t have frozen raspberries, then you can always use fresh and either freeze them or just make sure to add enough ice to your blender!
AGAVE – You will use this to rim your glass, however, agave is also great in cocktails, so if you want a little extra sweetener feel free to add about 1/2 an ounce!
COCONUT FLAKES – This will be for the garnish of you glass!

A colada is a frozen drink made with rum, cream of coconut, and fruit, specifically pineapple, to give it that Caribbean flavor. However, this specific drink is made up of Raspberries making it a Frozen Raspberry Colada. You can always play around with different fruits to make whichever flavored cocktail you like!

Ingredients
2 oz White Rum
10-12 Frozen Raspberries
Ice (optional)
Agave (just enough to rim your glass)
Coconut Flakes
2-3 Fresh Raspberries for garnish
Directions
- In a blender add all your ingredients and blend up until smooth. Add ice as needed.
- Coat the rim of your cocktail glass in agave and then dip into coconut flakes
- Pour your frozen cocktail into your glass and top off with more coconut flakes
- Add a few fresh raspberries for more garnish
- Enjoy!
