Santa’s Peppermint Snowflake Punch – The Prettiest Creamy Christmas Cocktail!

If there is one thing I absolutely love about Christmas, it’s making festive cocktails that look just as beautiful as they taste! And this Santa’s Peppermint Snowflake Punch is seriously such a fun one to add to your holiday cocktail menu!

Think creamy peppermint, sweet white chocolate, a little vanilla, and the prettiest snowy-white color. It’s basically Christmas in a glass!

And of course, you know how much I love a good batched cocktail, especially during the holidays. Anything I can make ahead of time and have ready for guests when they arrive is always a win in my book!

This Christmas punch is perfect for Christmas Eve, holiday parties, girls’ nights, cookie exchanges, or even a cozy night decorating the Christmas tree.

If you love festive, creamy Christmas cocktails as much as I do, you also need to try my Candy Cane White Chocolate Punch and Peppermint Cookies and Cream RumChata Punch. Both are absolutely delicious for holiday entertaining!

The Perfect Peppermint Christmas Punch for a Crowd

There is just something about peppermint that instantly reminds me of Christmas!

I love incorporating those classic holiday flavors into cocktails, especially when they’re creamy, sweet, and taste almost like a dessert.

Santa’s Peppermint Snowflake Punch combines peppermint RumChata, vanilla vodka, white chocolate liqueur, milk, and a little half-and-half to create the most delicious, creamy holiday punch.

The peppermint adds that refreshing Christmas flavor, while the white chocolate and vanilla make everything taste smooth and sweet.

And the best part? The beautiful snowy-white color makes this cocktail absolutely gorgeous when served in clear Christmas glasses!

What Does Santa’s Peppermint Snowflake Punch Taste Like?

Imagine a white chocolate peppermint dessert with a creamy vanilla finish!

The peppermint RumChata gives this punch that delicious holiday peppermint flavor without being too overwhelming.

The white chocolate liqueur adds a rich sweetness, while the vanilla vodka brings everything together.

Whole milk and half-and-half keep the texture creamy and smooth, making it feel like a festive dessert cocktail.

It’s the kind of Christmas cocktail that tastes extra special but is surprisingly easy to make.

A Beautiful Snowflake-Inspired Christmas Cocktail

One of my favorite things about creating holiday cocktails is decorating the glasses!

Sometimes even the simplest cocktail can look absolutely beautiful with the right garnishes.

For this punch, I love creating a snowy rim using melted white chocolate and finely shredded coconut.

It gives the glasses that gorgeous snowflake-inspired look and makes the creamy white punch stand out even more.

You can also add a little whipped cream, some white chocolate shavings, and a miniature candy cane.

If you want to add a little Christmas greenery, a small rosemary sprig looks so pretty against the white cocktail.

Set everything on a serving tray with Christmas greenery, a few gold bells, and twinkling white lights, and you have the prettiest holiday drink station!

Why I Love Making Batched Cocktails for Christmas

If you’ve been following along with my recipes, you probably already know that I am all about making entertaining as easy as possible!

I love hosting during the holidays, but I also want to enjoy spending time with family and friends rather than making individual cocktails all night.

That’s why batched cocktails are always one of my favorite things to serve.

With Santa’s Peppermint Snowflake Punch, you simply mix all the ingredients together in a large pitcher or drink dispenser, refrigerate until chilled, and serve when everyone arrives.

It’s so easy!

And if you’re putting together a Christmas cocktail bar, I would absolutely pair this creamy white punch with something colorful like my Winter RumChata Margarita or my Snowy Coconut Christmas Punch.

Can I Make Santa’s Peppermint Snowflake Punch Ahead of Time?

Absolutely! This is actually one of my favorite things about this recipe.

You can mix everything together a few hours before your guests arrive and keep the punch covered in the refrigerator.

When you’re ready to serve, give everything another good stir and pour it into your favorite holiday glasses.

I recommend keeping the ice out of the actual drink dispenser.

Instead, add ice directly to individual glasses so the punch stays creamy and doesn’t become watered down.

And definitely wait until serving time to add the whipped cream, coconut, or peppermint garnishes.

Tips for Making the Best Creamy Christmas Punch

Use cold ingredients. I always recommend chilling your milk, half-and-half, and liqueurs before mixing everything together.

Don’t overdo the peppermint. Peppermint RumChata already adds plenty of festive flavor, so you don’t need additional peppermint schnapps.

Stir everything really well. White chocolate liqueur and cream-based ingredients blend best when you give them a thorough stir.

Keep the garnishes separate. I love decorating each individual glass instead of adding everything directly into the dispenser.

Make it extra festive. White chocolate shavings, shredded coconut, mini candy canes, and fresh rosemary all make beautiful Christmas garnishes.

How to Serve Santa’s Peppermint Snowflake Punch

This punch is so pretty served in clear cocktail glasses, especially when you can see the creamy white color and the snowy coconut rims.

I love the idea of setting out a large glass drink dispenser surrounded by Christmas greenery and warm white lights.

Place a few prepared glasses on a tray with little bowls of white chocolate shavings, crushed candy canes, and coconut so guests can decorate their drinks.

It’s such a simple way to make your holiday cocktail station feel extra special!

And since this recipe makes approximately 10–12 servings, it’s perfect for a Christmas gathering.

A Festive Christmas Cocktail Everyone Will Love

Santa’s Peppermint Snowflake Punch is everything I love about holiday entertaining!

It’s creamy, sweet, full of delicious peppermint and white chocolate flavor, and absolutely beautiful served in festive Christmas glasses.

Whether you’re hosting Christmas Eve, planning a holiday girls’ night, or putting together a Christmas cocktail party, this is such a fun recipe to add to your menu.

And anything I can prepare ahead of time that looks this pretty is definitely a keeper!

So grab your favorite Christmas glasses, turn on those twinkling lights, and get ready to serve a little holiday magic!

Cheers to Christmas, peppermint, and snowy holiday cocktails!

Ingredients

  • Santa’s Peppermint Snowflake Punch
    2 cups Peppermint RumChata
    1 cup vanilla vodka
    1½ cups white chocolate liqueur
    3 cups whole milk
    1 cup half-and-half
    ¼ cup white chocolate syrup
    Ice, for serving
    For Garnishing
Melted white chocolate, for rimming glasses
Finely shredded coconut, for snowy rims
    Whipped cream, optional
    White chocolate shavings
    Mini candy canes
    Fresh rosemary sprigs, optional

Directions

  • 1. Combine the liqueurs. In a large pitcher, punch bowl, or glass drink dispenser, add the Peppermint RumChata, vanilla vodka, and white chocolate liqueur.
    2. Add the creamy ingredients. Pour in the whole milk, half-and-half, and white chocolate syrup. Stir or whisk everything together until completely combined and smooth.
    3. Chill the punch. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours, or until thoroughly chilled. Give the punch another good stir before serving.
    4. Prepare the snowy glass rims. Place a little melted white chocolate on one shallow plate and finely shredded coconut on another. Dip the rim of each cocktail glass into the white chocolate, followed by the coconut, to create a beautiful snowy Christmas rim.
    5. Serve over ice. Fill each prepared cocktail glass with fresh ice and pour the chilled Santa’s Peppermint Snowflake Punch over the top.
    6. Add the festive garnishes. If desired, top with a small swirl of whipped cream, white chocolate shavings, and a mini candy cane. Add a fresh rosemary sprig for an extra Christmas touch.
    7. Serve and enjoy! Serve immediately and keep any remaining punch refrigerated until needed.
Hosting Tip: Keep the ice and garnishes out of the main punch dispenser. Add everything to individual glasses so the punch stays creamy and doesn’t become watered down. Because this recipe contains dairy, keep it refrigerated and don’t leave it at room temperature for more than two hours.
