White Chocolate RumChata Christmas Cocktail

White Chocolate RumChata Christmas Cocktail
If you love a creamy Christmas cocktail, this one deserves a spot on your holiday drink list! Made with Stoli Vanil, RumChata, white chocolate liqueur, Baileys, and half-and-half, this White Chocolate RumChata Christmas Cocktail is smooth, sweet, and full of cozy holiday flavor.
But my favorite part might be the finishing touches. A few bright red cranberries, a fresh rosemary sprig, and a light dusting of powdered sugar turn this simple drink into the prettiest little Christmas cocktail. The rosemary looks like a tiny snow-covered branch, and the creamy ivory drink makes those red and green garnishes stand out beautifully.
It’s such a lovely drink for Christmas Eve, a holiday girls’ night, or an evening spent wrapping presents with the Christmas tree glowing nearby.
A Creamy White Chocolate Christmas Cocktail
I love having a mix of different drinks to choose from during the holidays. Sometimes you want something fruity and sparkling, and sometimes a creamy, dessert-style cocktail sounds just right.
This one brings together vanilla, white chocolate, a little cinnamon from the RumChata, and the richness of Baileys. The half-and-half softens the mixture and gives it a silky finish.
It feels special enough to serve after Christmas dinner, but it’s easy enough to shake up when you’re making just one drink at home. There’s no cooking or blending involved—just measure, shake, and pour.
If you enjoy this combination, you’ll also love my White Christmas Cocktail with RumChata and Baileys.
What Does It Taste Like?
Think of a creamy white chocolate dessert with vanilla and a gentle hint of cinnamon.
The Stoli Vanil adds vanilla flavor, while the white chocolate liqueur brings sweetness. RumChata adds its cinnamon-and-cream character, and Baileys gives the cocktail a rich, rounded finish.
Because the liqueurs already provide sweetness, there’s no need for extra syrup. The powdered sugar on top is just a light finishing touch for that snowy Christmas appearance.
The Prettiest Christmas Garnish
You don’t need a complicated garnish to make this cocktail feel festive.
Add a few fresh cranberries and tuck a rosemary sprig against the side of the glass. Right before serving, use a small fine-mesh strainer to sprinkle a little powdered sugar over the cranberries and rosemary.
The trick is to keep the dusting light. You want that freshly fallen snow look, with a little sugar catching on the garnish. Powdered sugar will dissolve when it touches the liquid, so save this step until the drink is ready to enjoy.
A pretty glass and those simple red, green, and white details are really all you need.
How to Serve This White Chocolate RumChata Cocktail
Shake the ingredients with ice until thoroughly chilled, then strain into a cocktail glass over fresh ice.
I love a clear glass for this recipe because you can see the creamy cocktail and all those pretty Christmas garnishes. A short stemmed glass or a small rocks glass works beautifully.
Serve it alongside Christmas cookies, a holiday dessert board, or after dinner when everyone is ready to sit down and relax.

Can I Make It Ahead?
This cocktail is best shaken right before serving so it’s cold and freshly mixed.
You can measure the ingredients into a covered container and refrigerate them a few hours ahead. When you’re ready, give the mixture a stir, shake it with ice, and pour.
Have your cranberries washed and rosemary ready beforehand, but wait to add the powdered sugar until the very last moment.
Can I Use White Chocolate Syrup?
This recipe uses white chocolate liqueur. White chocolate syrup is thicker and sweeter, so it isn’t a direct substitute in the same amount.
For the intended flavor and consistency, use a white chocolate liqueur and regular RumChata Original.
A Little Christmas in a Glass
This is the kind of holiday cocktail I love: simple ingredients, a quick shake, and a few pretty details that make it feel special.
